From Autumn 24 to 25 I’ll be releasing 6 singles telling the story of my previous year’s journey. A journey of healing, of learning to love and be myself, of pure agape love and connection to source/universe/God/ and all creation (nature, humanity, animals, planet, the cosmos).
WATER (track 5)
Bruce Lee famously said: “Be water, my friend.” This song explores how we can live in the flow of life; being flexible, adaptable and formless, to flow around life’s obstacles, rather than being rigid and fighting with resistance.
There is so much freedom in surrendering to life like the flow of a river. And like in baptism, water cleanses, it clears the way and like in nature it brings new life.
I have opened up my past and let all the tears run ‘til all was healed. That water was my slow rebirth, refreshing me. Now I live in the spirit of the rivers of love.In the bible it explores how, like water, this freedom is something we all thirst for, and how from living this way we can spread that life giving essence – John 7 37-38: “…If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me…Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’’
THE LEAP (track 4)
Life doesn’t always go how we plan. Sometimes we need to embrace change and take the lessons learned from our past, knowing that we have love around us.
When everything seemed scary and out of control, I held on to my best friend’s advice to ‘allow things to unfold’ even when things seemed impossible. It was my time to surrender, to take a leap of faith and trust in life’s flow and a bigger plan.Hebrews 11:1: “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen”.

SAVIOUR (track 3)
I’d spent my life waiting for someone to save me. Love was a complex thing for me and I was clouded by the memories of my past.Things began to shift when I realised my power was in focussing only on what I could change. I never thought I would stop feeling fear and not enough, but I am beginning to feel whole. What I’ve realised after over a year of healing is I couldn’t do it all alone; it took working with family and friends and being guided by something greater than I could have imagined.
It was time to let go with love… transform and be reborn. It felt like I died and then, oh the light!
2 Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

SEE THE LIGHT (track 2)
In the darkest times, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Through the suffering comes transformation.
Never let anyone diminish your light.
You are all beautiful and it’s time to shine bright.

THE TRUTH (track 1)
What is the truth?
There is relative truth and there is absolute truth. There is perceived truth and truth to be discovered through the collision and merging of the opposites. There is truth in the world and truth in the emptiness. There is the truth in the moment and truth in the beyond.
I’ve seen the truth… and it set me free.
